Purchase from our website is absolutely simple and fast:

• Register yourself by entering your details in the registration form
• Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart
• Complete the Checkout by entering the information and select the payment method

• 5€ Discount Shipping: This promotion is reserved to foreign customers, it is applied automatically to your shopping cart for purchases from 100 €*

Payment Methods 

These are the payment methods currently available for foreign customers:Payment by Credit Card: 

• Payment by Credit Card: You can pay by credit card enjoying the protection and security of the PayPal or Stripe system, without the need for registration. You can type in your card details into the form on the "Checkout" page. We accept payments with the following cards:  VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AURA, etc. Accreditation Times are immediate.

• Payment by Paypal:  Paypal is the payment method immediate and secure.  By choosing to pay with Paypal, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal site to complete the transaction. If you pay by paypal accreditation times are immediate. This reduces waiting times, allowing faster receipt of the product.

• Payment by Bank Transfer: If you select this payment method, you will find the coordinates in order to complete the purchase by Bank Transfer. In this case the product will be shipped as soon as the bank will actually be credited to our bank account. The timing of bank credit will vary depending on the issuing banks, and generally range from 2 to 4 working days.

Sales are regularly recorded, the invoice is issued only at the explicit request of the customer, subject to receipt of the complete data of the Tax Code.

Delivery Times and Modalities

Our products are shipped in Italy and in the countries members of the UE via courier GLS and DHL.

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected and the destination country. Saturday and Sunday are not considered useful days of delivery. Any delays, possible above all in times of holidays, are always possible, Personal Shoepper therefore does not assume responsibility for any delays in transit during the delivery service.

At the start of the shipment you will receive an email from the selected courier with all the details on the package, and the "tracking number". Through which you can follow your parcel in real time.

Is required for complete an order that the customer signs his mobile or telephone number, so we will communicate it to the courier, that in case of problems will contact you to allow a faster delivery.

For other countries the costs depends on zip code:

- Germany,Austria,Belgium,Spain,France,Monaco,Luxembourg,Netherlands :  9,76€

- UK, Denmark, Portugal, Finland, Croatia, Sweden: 12,20€ 

- Remaining European Countries: 14,64€

-USA and Canada: 40€ (Only with DHL Express)

-Norway: 30€ (Only with DHL Express)

Other Countries have specific costs.

Right of withdrawal

Personal Shoepper guarantees its customers the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal , as provided by law within 15 days of receipt of goods.
procedure :
1 . Send a mail to 'address info@personalshoepper.com no later than 15 days after receipt of the goods , stating the reasons for return.
2 . The products must be returned intact , placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts ( box , certificates , tags , warranty, etc. ) and appropriate external packaging sealed .
3 . The shipping charges for returns are borne by the buyer .

Exercising the right of withdrawal , you can choose between : * replacement of the goods * cash refund , only traceable methods , the refund for the price of the product excluding the cost of shipping and will be ' made , within 3 days of receipt of returned goods , subject to integrity verification using the same method of payment used by the purchaser.
In all cases of return of goods , transport costs are borne by the customer.

Privacy

The personal information you provide is used to respond to your requests, process your orders, send you discounts or promotions via email and give you access to specific information. You have the right to edit and delete all your personal information in the "My Account".
